2. Connect your Lítačka account

Rekola needs to know you have a valid public transport coupon so you can use the rides. How do I find my login information?



3. And enjoy the benefit

A confirmation will be displayed and you can go ride a bike. We are happy to help daily from 9am to 5pm. Just message us directly from the Rekola app



Frequent questions

Who can get rides with Lítáčka?

Everyone who has a valid electronic coupon for Prague. For any time period. You can have it anywhere: on the green Lítáčka card, in the phone PID Lítáčka app or perhaps on your payment card.

In short, you can start riding bikes if:
  1. you have an account at pidlitacka.cz or in the PID Lítačka app
  2. you have a valid electronic coupon for the Prague area
  3. and you connect the Lítáčka account with the Rekola app
You, unfortunately, can't rent bikes if:
  • you no longer have a valid coupon
  • you do not have a coupon for the Prague area
  • you only have a paper or anonymous coupon
  • you ride public transport for free, but you don't have a coupon (e.g. you're 65+)

How do I find out the login information for the Lítáčka account?

A) I have a coupon bought at the public transport ticket office

  1. Go Create a new Lítacka account.
  2. Choose the e-mail and password you want to use to log in to the Lítačka account.

  3. And then add the number from the green Lítáčka card to your account so that the account "knows" that you have an active coupon.
    Click on "My identifiers" in the menu > select “Add new carrier > and select the "Lítačka" option. And then enter the number from the card listed under your name.

You are done. Now all you have to do is connect the Lítáčka account to the Rekola app.


B) I have a coupon purchased via the website pidlitacka.cz

Thanks to the online purchase, you already have the Lítáčka account.

Don't remember your password? Go to Forgotten password, enter the e-mail provided during registration and you will immediately receive an e-mail with link to set a new password.

Don't remember your registration email? Try searching your mailboxes for messages from noreply@pidlitacka.cz, if you find anything, the given e-mail address is your registration.

Once you know the e-mail and password for the Lítáčka account, you can connect it to the Rekola app.


C) I have a coupon purchased via the PID Lítačka mobile application

Are you still logged in to the app? Open the app and scroll down the menu to "... More" > "My Account" > "Profile" tab. You will find your registration email below the photo.

Don't remember your password? Go to Forgotten password (the account from the application is also valid on the pidlitacka.cz website and vice versa), enter e-mail provided during registration and you will immediately receive an e-mail with a link to set a new password.

Don't log in and don't know your registration e-mail? Try searching your mailboxes for messages from noreply@pidlitacka.cz, if you find anything, the given e-mail address is your registration.

Once you know the e-mail and password for the Lítáčka account, you can connect it to the Rekola app.

Does Lítáčka work with any Rekola tariff ?

Yes, it is valid with individual rides, all subscriptions and MultiSport benefit. The fare remains the same as you are used to from the price list. Only a 15-minute period is added before it, paid for twice a day by Lítáčka.

Extend your free rides to 30 minutes (Lítačka Plus)

Activation: In the application, go to the menu and select Rides with Litačka. Then just tap on "Activate" on the screen. In order to see the option, you need to have Lítačka account connected. The ride extending costs CZK 59 and is automatically paid once a month on the day you activated it.

Deactivation: Manually at any time in the Rides to Litačka section with the button "Disable extension of rides". Or automatically - if your Lítáčka coupon expires and you don't buy a new one, the ride extending will be turned off automatically.

What happens when my Lítáčka coupon expires?

You can continue to rent Rekola bikes, the price will depend on your current tariff. The application recognizes the expried Lítáčka coupon automatically and stops providing you 2 rides for 15 minutes every day.
